I have been working as a body-centred psychotherapist trained in Biodynamic Psychology and Biosynthesis since 1997. Over the years I have integrated various elements of strategic therapy (problem-focussed) and brief therapy (solution-focussed), and advanced narrative practices (systemic focus) which take into account the social and cultural context of people to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing. I work within a perspective where mental, emotional and physical well-being is seen as the capacity a person has to adapt to internal and external change. My practice is therefore global, experiential and relational where the body plays a central role in the change process.
