I love to teach TRE® as a simple and powerful way of reconnecting with the innate health-recovering wisdom of the body. As a Trauma Therapist, I also integrate TRE® with other somatic and systemic modalities, such as SE® (Somatic Experiencing) and the KReST Model, and Bioenergetic Analysis to support heal peoples healing journey.
