Retired w, Marie has worked in education for over 30 years as a teacher, guidance counselor, coach, administrator, and consultant. With ever-mounting pressures on staff and students alike, she sees TRE as an important tool for all those involved in education. She also believes TRE can and does, benefit everyone, especially with the current situations COVID-19 has presented us with. As an avid athlete and coach, fitness instructor, and 200 RYF yoga instructor, Marie sees TRE as a great tool to t only help athletes' bodies recover after intense workouts but also as a tool that helps athletes prepare for competition and recover from workout strain and injuries. People struggle every day from traumas, tensions, anxiety and Marie kws TRE can help. Self-regulated and self-empowering, TRE can free the body of much of what our muscles have worked hard to hold on to, to hold down, or repress in order to 'protect' us.
