I am a Fasciatherapist, and the different paths that led me to this profession were a life of exploration through various techniques anchored in the body. Dance, Yoga, Sophrology, Somatic Practices, and meditation, all helped to open my heart, body and mind. Today, the TRE method brings a new level in my way of supporting people who come to me for help. I believe, it's an essential complement to any mind-body therapy. TRE is a powerful tool, that offers an opportunity to undertake a dynamic of resilience, while working on trauma, stress and emotional pain.
