Mary Whitesides

Mary Whitesides is a licensed Bodywork Therapist (NC# 7904) who specialized in helping people release stress, trauma and unresolved emotional patterns. In addition to TRE she is trained in Cranial Tri-Release Therapy, Neural Emotional Technique (NET), and Total Body Modification (TBM). She is in private practice in Asheville, NC. “Using TRE has allowed me to expand my practice to working with groups.
