Hi, I’m Michelle Bhyat—a seeker of self-discovery, a lover of yoga and nature, and someone who has walked the path less traveled to find healing and balance. My own health and wellness journey wasn’t straightforward. For years, I struggled with chronic pain, gut issues, and relentless fatigue, bouncing between appointments and treatments that left me feeling frustrated, drained, and searching for answers. During all of this, the one thing that kept me sane was my yoga practice and love for spending time in nature. After countless medical visits, financial strain, and emotional tolls on myself and my loved ones, I finally discovered a holistic path to wellness—one that didn’t rely on medication. Today, I live an active, balanced life, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Using a combination of TRE®, Fascia Trauma Release (FTR), Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation, I’ve created a space for somatic healing and transformation.
