I'm Natasha and I am a body therapist. I help clients of all ages feel alive in the body they live in. I believe that releasing deep held emotions and tension from the body is key to achieving optimum mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Chronic stress and a build up of negative emotions and tension can overwhelm our nervous system, which can display in negative mental health states and bodily ailments. Providing my clients with a well-being toolkit to use in every situation is my aim! Alongside my TRE practice, other modalities I use include Breathwork, Energy Healing - Reiki, EFT and Mindfulness.
