Hello! Thanks for stopping by! I teach TRE individually and lead monthly group TRE meetings in Chicago. I am an anti-racist, integrative somatic therapist who specializes in TRE, therapy, nutrition for mental health and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. I am committed to standing alongside you in your readiness to wake up from your isolation, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stuck-ness through body-based practices. My approach embraces the multidimensionality of being in a body (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). You will learn all about your astounding nervous system responses and how to re-pattern your brain, shifting from a lens of threat into a space of safety and calm.
