Nick has thirty years of experience as a mediator, including seven years as a Buddhist monk and brings a calm, centred and grounded presence to the session. His sessions are client led, so respond to the needs of each person. Training: - Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy course (MBCT) for depression and anxiety - Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) - Self-care practices that boost self-care skills and empathy. Nick offers personal coaching and also works as a massage and reiki therapist.
