I am an Esalen® Massage Therapist and Teacher, a graduate of Ray Castellis Training in Pre-Natal and Birth Therapy, and a Level 2 Graduate of The Tamalpa Institute In Movement Based Expressive Arts Therapy and have taken various Yoga teacher trainings. I am deeply fascinated by the body and deeply trust in it's ability to heal itself. I love supporting people in their healing process through touch, TRE and expressive arts.
