My passion as a Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist is to help people of all ages heal from the traumas of their past and to be empowered to be both physically and emotionally present so they can enjoy today and look forward to their future. My educational journey in the field of trauma work led me to TRE and I have been excited to see how life-changing it can be for t only emotional traumas and stressors, but for physical ones as well.
