I believe in self regulated complementary healing, helping others heal with methods individuals can safely practice on their own once they've learned it and continue to come back for individual or group benefits. My strengths: Ability to communicate and create a safe container for people of all walks of life to find safety, comfort, self compassion and self understanding in their experience of release. I'm also a Certified Somatic provider through Emotional Tour (Somatic Experience), Aromatherapy Massage and Reiki Provider. I offer combined modalities to best serve you.
