I have always been amazed at how our bodies heal and respond to life situations. When introduced to TRE® in 2015 I just knew that this was a tool that I needed to help me cope with life stresses that are inevitable in a very fast-paced modern lifestyle. I qualified as a Certified TRE® Provider in 2016 and continued to learn and practice TRE®. I attended Advanced TRE® workshops in 2017 and 2020 obtaining Advanced status. As an Advanced TRE® Provider, I have the opportunity to help others use this powerful therapy to improve their daily lives.
