I am an experienced Counsellor and a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) & an Accredited EMDR practitioner. I run a private practice in Swindon & offer 1:1counselling, EMDR & w Trauma & tension Releasing Exercises (TRE) sessions. Over the years my interest has been more towards how the body & brain has a natural ability to heal or rebalance itself. This interest led me to discover David Berceli’s work in TRE & too then train to become a TRE provider. This training adds a valuable additional tool in working with people on their personal journeys towards better health & well being.
