I offer two forms of movement as complements to optimal physical functioning: TRE® and Pilates. Through a regular practice of TRE I have met the emotions and memories of the life stresses that were stuck in my body. I have discharged the hidden beliefs and deep-seated grief, shame, anger, fear, and other self-protective responses associated with those experiences. This has given me the capacity to remain present as a n-judging witness and guide in the face of others’ distress. I kw from personal experience how helplessness gives way to resourcefulness; how feeling powerless gives way to empowerment; how reactivity gives way to creativity, resilience, and a more honest way of engaging with others. I am there to support you through the challenges of your process and to teach you the skill of navigating through it for yourself.
