TRE is a wonderful, body-based approach to mental and physical healing which relies on the body's own innate ability to release deeply held patterns of tension, stress and trauma. I was a Buddhist monk from 2000 - 2020, and during that time I frequently taught the practices of mindfulness, loving-kindness and compassion. I w love to combine these with the practice of TRE to create a grounded, supportive and transformative experience. I teach TRE to individuals and groups both in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Warwickshire, United Kingdom (England, Great Britain), and online. I also practise embodied experiential dreamwork.
