Thu Nguyen

Thu is the founder of Nusqool in Kawartha Lakes and a trauma informed executive coach & embodiment circle facilitator. She is trained in TRE, relational trauma, gender equity and reconciliation, medical qi gong and has her PCC/CPCC in Coaching all of which has supported her transition away from a very different life of 20 years of engineering/tech startup life in San Francisco/Toronto. She facilitates trauma informed inner work in the form of embodiment, contemplation and creative practices.
