Wendy combines a background in Human Resources with her kwledge and enthusiasm for health and fitness. Wendy’s journey as a health & fitness professional began in 2008 when she received her Pilates Fitness Leader certification and opened a boutique studio dedicated to creating an inviting space for all fitness levels. Excited to further expanded her expertise Wendy become certified in Tension, Stress, and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®). This technique helps individuals release stored tension, stress, and trauma from the muscles and nervous system, promoting relaxation and restoring balance. Wendy’s philosophy centers on a whole-body approach, integrating physical, mental and emotional well-being. She helps clients developed self-awareness and personal growth, tailoring each session to their unique needs for a personalized experience.
