Anthea Grimason

I am an INELDA Certified End of Life Doula and a Psychedelic Guide, trained through 1-1 apprenticeship and ongoing mentorship. I partner with palliative care and hospice clinicians in my work while also integrating many years of practice and teaching in yoga meditation, breath, somatics, grief, and spirituality. I’m also a clinical mental health counselor in training. Born and raised in Ireland with deep Celtic ancestry, pagan ritual, and connection to the land and cycles of nature inspire my life and work.
