I believe that each individual has the knowledge within them to heal themselves. But sometimes circumstances, illness, stress, trauma, etc. blocks us from accessing our inner healing intelligence. I describe myself as a 'light-shiner'. I hope to hold a light so clients can find their path to healing, knowledge, safety and wellness.
