Dr. Sam DuFlo is the owner and founder of Indigo Physiotherapy, LLC, in 3 locations in Maryland as well as virtual. Indigo is an affirming, inclusive practice that specializes in pelvic pain, prenatal and postpartum recovery, incontinence, bowel/bladder, peds, and treats all genders. Dr. Sam is also an RRCA Certified Running coach. One of Dr. Sam's specialties is helping high level and amateur athletes and runners reach optimum fitness and birth recovery postpartum.
