Laura McKaig is one of the few clinicians in the Kansas City area who specializes exclusively in pelvic floor physical therapy for both men and women. Laura became interested in pelvic floor rehabilitation as a specialty, having suffered for years with women's health issues that she now knows are treatable with physical therapy. Her personal experience gives her a deeper understanding of the impact that pelvic dysfunction can have on one’s daily function and well-being. Laura has unique training in men's pelvic health as well as pelvic health needs of the age 55+ individual, and has attained Master Clinician status with SAVA Senior Care. Laura's experience in teaching and communications reflects her passion as an educator and speaker. She offers online and in-person workshops and classes to fitness and healthcare professionals as well as to the community.
