I have been a physical therapist for 16 years, and am a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through Herman and Wallace (PRPC) specializing in Pelvic Health for the past 4 years. I also hold a certification in Menopause Certification through the Menopause Society (MSCP). I have completed my doula training and offer those services along with a variety of birth prep and post partum care. I recently opened my own practice, offering these services and also small group specialty yoga classes.
