Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is light and still. Treatment focuses on the nervous system and supports the health of the whole being. Craniosacral Therapy is an excellent complement to a variety of healing modalities. It is gentle, n-invasive, and suitable for all ages. Because my work already supports the nervous system and self regulation, TRE is a wonderful self help tool that incorporates well with craniosacral therapy.
