Jacqueline Smith

I am a palliative oncology LCSW in Sonoma County. Separately, I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy at a local KAP clinic. I have worked with chronically ill patients for over 17 years and have a passion and vision to bring palliative care and psychedelic therapy in closer relationship. My current goal is to educate providers and patients and help develop protocols that would provide accessibility to KAP support for appropriate patients. I am a Student of the Universe, a Mother, Palliative Social Worker and founder of The Nobody Nose Club. My greatest teachers have been my clients and my children. Personal and professional goals are intertwined and the vision is to bring peace and safe spaces into our world through compassion and radical authenticity.
